This page explains how the Slide Puzzle Android app handles your data and what choices you have.

1. Overview

Slide Puzzle is a sliding picture-puzzle game for Android (package com.slidepuzzlequest.game). We do not require your name, email, or other personal details to play the core game.

2. Information we collect

The app itself does not ask you to create a named account. Certain information may still be stored or processed as described below:

  • Local progress — levels cleared, stars, coins, XP, streak, themes, settings, and similar gameplay state are stored on your device so you can continue where you left off.
  • Cloud sync (store builds) — in release builds, an anonymous Firebase account may sync progress to the cloud. No name, email, or personal profile is required for this sync.
  • Anonymous usage & diagnostics — basic technical data such as device type, app version, crash logs, and stability signals may be collected to improve the app.
  • Advertising data collected by Google AdMob when ads are shown (see section 3). Premium purchases remove ads.
  • Support email — if you contact anshuwebnetwork+slidepuzzle@gmail.com, we receive whatever details you include in your message.

3. Advertising and third-party services

Slide Puzzle uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect and process data according to Google’s policies, including for ad measurement and personalisation where allowed.

Store builds may also use Google Firebase (for anonymous auth / cloud sync and optional remote configuration). These services may process technical data such as IP address and device information as part of normal network requests.

4. How we use data

  • To save and restore your puzzle progress.
  • To fix crashes and improve stability and balance.
  • To show ads to free players and verify rewarded-ad completions.
  • To respond when you email support.

5. Data retention

Local save data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall. Cloud-synced anonymous progress (if enabled) is retained while your anonymous account remains active. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

6. Children’s privacy

Slide Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through support email, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

  • You can clear local progress via Android app storage settings.
  • You can purchase Premium to remove ads.
  • You can adjust Google ad personalisation in your Google account.
  • You can email us to ask questions about this policy.
